Tea stall fire in Maheshtala destroys shops, firefighters douse blaze in an hour

A fire broke out at a tea stall in Maheshtala’s Mehamanpur area near Budge Budge Tank Road around 5:20 AM on Tuesday. The flames spread rapidly, engulfing the shop and damaging multiple adjacent establishments. Locals attempted to control the fire but were unsuccessful.
